Billing Specialists (Edinburgh) Ltd is based in Scotland's capital city, Edinburgh. Followimg relocation, it is the successor company to Billing Specialists Ltd, which was based in Cambridge in the UK, just 15 kilometres from NetCracker's UK head office in Cambourne.

All of our consultants have previously worked for Convergys (before Netcracker bought it) on their Rating and Billing Manager (RBM) software (formerly known as Geneva, which stood for Generic Event Architecture, and then Infinys). RBM is now the Revenue Management component of NetCracker's 'Digital BSS' Suite.

We also undertake specialist research and consultancy work in areas where our consultants have specialist knowledge such as customer relationship management and consumer rights.
