Billing Specialists' consultants have Business, Application and Technical experience of rating and billing systems built up over decades in the IT Industry.

All of our consultants have significant practical current experience with NetCracker's Rating and Billing Manager (RBM) software (formerly known as Geneva and Infinys) from the earliest version (Geneva 2.1 released back in 1998) to RBM 7.0, which was released in late 2013. Some of our work involves upgrading clients. This means that we have built up a good understanding of some of the less-used major releases as well, such as RBM versions 6.0 and 6.1. In 2015 we successfully upgraded a client from RBM 5.3 to RBM 7.0. As well as the practical work we perform a through analysis of all enhancements to see which ones our clients may business benefit from using.

Our consultants have worked with Geneva/RBM operators in more than 20 countries around the world.

We also have experience of some of the the RBM non-core components, such as US Tax and TAP3.
